  • Wild mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup sour creem
  • Cracked pepper
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Brown wild mushrooms in butter and olive oil
    1. Add 1 cup of white wine
    2. Reduce liquid by half
  2. Add sour cream & a cup of the water you cooked the pasta in
    1. Toss in wild mushroom pasta
    2. Serve with cracked pepper and top the dish off with fresh Parmesan cheese
