- 1 package of my delicious pastas of choice
- 3-4 cups of your favorite veggies chopped up in bite size
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 tspn of ground basil (optional)
- Follow directions on package of pasta.
- Strain and mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Saute’ veggies in olive oil for about 5 minutes
- add basil and throw on top of pasta
