  • 1 package of my delicious pastas of choice
  • 3-4 cups of your favorite veggies chopped up in bite size
  • 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 tspn of ground basil (optional)


  1. Follow directions on package of pasta.
  2. Strain and mix 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  3. Saute’ veggies in olive oil for about 5 minutes
    1. add basil and throw on top of pasta
