1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup mustard
1/4 cup Lock, Stock, and Barrel seasoning blend
Mix together and put into a squeeze bottle and drizzle over pulled pork or anything you like. Can also be used as a sop when you barbecue.
For a sweeter version add 1/4 cup of brown sugar but you will need to heat this up in a sauce pan to make sure sugar fully dissolves before using.
For a spicier version substitute any portion of the apple cider vinegar with a Louisiana style hot sauce. I recommend just a 1/4 cup the first time and increase with 1/4 cup increments to get it to the heat you want.
